Refund Policy

Supplements — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To initiate a supplement refund:

• Email ldhensley320@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
• We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
• Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect

Products that are more than 50% consumed are not eligible for a full refund but may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Merch — Print-on-Demand Items

We will issue a replacement or full refund for merch items that are:

• Defective (printing errors, material defects, stitching failures)
• Incorrect (wrong item, wrong color, wrong design shipped)
• Significantly different from what was shown on the product page

To report a defective or incorrect merch item:

• Email ldhensley320@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photo evidence of the defect or error
• We'll work with our fulfillment partner to issue a replacement or refund

Size exchanges are not guaranteed due to the print-on-demand nature of our merch. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.
